Our story
Extraordinary Measures Custom Remodeling LLC is a newly established company based in Fort Collins, CO and servicing all of Northern Colorado and some of Southern Wyoming. Owner and operator, Jacob Tucker, is a West Texas native who has chosen Colorado as his permanent home.
Jacob’s father was a carpenter, framer, and then custom home builder and introduced Jacob to the industry at a young age. After learning every trade, Jacob started on his own as an independent contractor in 2003 and started his first construction company in 2007, all while obtaining his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. After obtaining his MBA, Jacob teamed up with his brother and father to start an even larger, custom, new construction company, Tucker Construction. Here, they worked together building large custom homes, commercial buildings and office spaces, the majority being multi-million dollar projects.
With a lifetime of experience and knowledge in all areas and types of construction, Jacob has decided his talents are best utilized in the high end custom residential remodel market, which has been his sole focus since moving to Colorado. Jacob is excited to be able to share his passion and expertise with a new community and build lasting relationships so that everyone can have a home that is extraordinary!
